About 

Natanya started her practice with a simple idea: To build a practice that has a lasting, positive impact on the health and lives of others. Natanya completed her 4-year B.Sc. Dietetics Degree at Stellenbosch University in 1996. With over 25 years in private practice, she is deeply committed to helping patients reach their health goals. Having personally experienced medical and weight-related challenges, she understands the frustration of not seeing results with conventional approaches. This empathy drives her dedication to a personalised, science-based nutrition strategy—one that supports lasting, healthy lifestyle changes for every individual.
