Background
 

In 1996 Natanya du Toit graduated with a B.Sc in Dietetics from the University of Stellenbosch . She has her own private practice since 1999. Having suffered from several health conditions and weight issues Natanya developed a passion for nutrition by seeing the  results first hand. Her approach is based on implementing the latest scientific research into a healthy balanced diet and way of living. Natanya also do several talks and workshops in the Cape Town area, She has extensive knowledge about diet therapy and supplements for most diseases and conditions.
